As the guide is not library specific, there are a few things in it which do not apply to the Tulsa City-County Library:

You may have a maximum of 5 titles checked out from the Digital Library.
Downloaded titles are checked out for 7 days and are automatically returned to the library.
Music and Video can be checked out for 3 days and are automatically returned to the library.
